All articles, photographs, guides and listings are owned by Chesterfield Times or licensed to us. You may link to, quote briefly from and share our work with attribution. You may not republish whole articles, resell our content or use it to train commercial models without written permission.
We take reasonable care to be accurate at the time of publication. Details such as event times, opening hours and prices change. If you spot an error, write to support@nedtv.co.uk and we will correct it openly and promptly.
Featured and Premier directory listings are paid commercial placements and are labelled as such. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the information they supply. Purchasing a listing confers no influence over editorial coverage, and we may decline or withdraw a listing at our discretion.
When you send us an event listing, tip, letter or photograph, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant us a licence to publish it in Chesterfield Times and its newsletter. We may edit for length, clarity and legal reasons.
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at volume, or submit unlawful, defamatory or discriminatory material. We may restrict access where this happens.
We link to venues, councils, charities and support services for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content or availability of external sites.
